I Need Some Advice On Guys

Ima teen. And i certain want a boyfriend, im not unlikable or whatsoever but i just dont enclose confidence sharply guys. Even if im adjoin they like me. Dont get me out of place i enclose guy friends but supreme are not close 2 me at all. Shrink this one guy is certain mean to me for no resolution and he started getting his guy friends and well and telling them im a runner up and stuff. And whenever i do get a guy were both too shy to do anythign its so Irritating. any advice?
