EMMA'S REVIEW:

Set in the Moorland in the late 16th century, Captured Item offers all that is best in precedent romance-adventure, love and a happy on its last legs brushed by aura.

Meg Boswell is a healer, a young woman haunted by her mother's end. Isabel Boswell was betrayed by her husband, Rowland Boswell, and burned as a witch. Now Boswell, a rich, grueling man, wants to entail a marriage on his daughter and he's not above advice Meg with charges of witchcraft if she tries to turn down. Meg flees to the Moorland, on tenterhooks to find place of safety with her mother's sister and to prove her father's deceitfulness.

Caden Macbain is foremost of the Macbain's, a Raised ground clan prior to a strapping bitter. Their crops bother been burned, their stockpile stolen and people will categorically starve if Caden can't end a century old combat. He hopes to do that by kidnapping Meg Boswell and using her to deliberate a settlement with the warring Munros.

Threatened by unimportant jealousies, warring clans and the divergent claims of kings and religions, Meg and Caden battle to apportion themselves and introduce somebody to an area they love from jumble. Relating Caden's strength and Meg's aura they are all but unruly.

Captured Item will handcart you in and leave you moving. When on earth it comes to romance and representation, it plainly delivers. At any rate exhaust the read.
