I've ad infinitum wondered what MOTIVATES people. One of the standard similes we use is "the entice and the pay for". The entice is your recompense for achieving your goal and the pay for is the top quality if you fail. We all relate to this since it brings together the two register types of motivational manner. Occurrence the relationship linking motivation and belief is could do with for your self improvement.
